How to Access Your Form Feedback Report
Navigate to the Form tab, previously known as the Exercise tab, select any exercise from the library, and press the Form Feedback button. This action launches the workout player interface equipped with an overlay designed to assist in properly positioning your device for video recording and analysis. Position yourself for an optimal view, whether in landscape or portrait orientation. Once prepared, hit the START button, and the system will initiate a '3, 2, 1' countdown, allowing you time to assume the correct starting position. Execute the exercise continuously, ensuring you remain fully visible within the frame for the full 30 seconds.
After successfully recording a clear video of your performance, the AI-driven system processes it and generates your personalized Form Feedback report. This report offers a detailed overview, including an example layout that showcases key metrics. Explore any of the numerous exercises available in our extensive library to reveal your unique Form Score and Consistency Score. Every report includes a thorough summary of the exercise performed, coupled with exercise-tailored insights.

Drawing from your 30-second exercise video, the analysis identifies particular instances meriting attention. Each notable moment receives a dedicated score, contributing to the calculation of your overall Form Score and Consistency Score.
